Last Updated: May 2026
1. Overview
RovySec provides advanced AI-driven offensive security platforms and penetration testing tools designed to help organizations secure their infrastructure. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the mandatory guidelines and prohibited activities for anyone accessing or using RovySec's platform, APIs, or services. By using our services, you agree strictly to this policy.
2. Authorized Target Scope (Strictly Enforced)
Our platform is built for authorized security assessments only. You agree that:
- Proof of Authorization: You will only deploy RovySec agents or scanners against networks, systems, or applications that you own, operate, or have explicit, documented legal authorization to test.
- No External Disruption: You will not direct our testing capabilities against third-party environments (e.g., shared cloud providers, public internet targets) without prior approval from those entities.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use RovySec's services to engage in, foster, or promote the following behavior:
- Illegal Acts: Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws, including unauthorized data exfiltration, cyber-espionage, or sabotage.
- Malicious Intent: Using the platform to intentionally cause denial-of-service (DoS), distribute malware, ransomware, or any destructive code.
- Platform Abuse: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities within the RovySec platform itself.
4. System and Network Security
Users are strictly prohibited from violating the security of the RovySec infrastructure. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. We investigate all incidents and will cooperate with law enforcement if criminal activity is suspected.
5. Enforcement & Termination
RovySec reserves the absolute right to monitor usage, suspend, or terminate your access immediately and without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP. We hold no liability for data loss or operational disruption resulting from account suspension due to AUP violations.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately to our security operations team.
